The breakfast was a decent spread of Western and Indonesian food, commendable for the nightly rate. The hotel has lots of open-air parking, plenty of space, and even some well-kept lawn. There’s also a bistro serving Western and Asian dishes, with a large smoking area. The rooms are the weak point. They’re quite small at 18 m2, and despite recent renovations, they’re short on proper amenities like a decent wardrobe and a proper table. The bathroom also lacks a good exhaust system, so it gets very humid after a shower. Overall, fair value for the money.

I arrived at 3 am and the reception staff still welcomed me warmly. The room was good, though the AC unit was pretty noisy. I like the hotel’s garden and open-space concept. The breakfast during lebaran made me feel at home.

There’s a lot of parking, so the hotel works well for events, and the overall design is good. My room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the big TV had international Chanel, and the Wi-Fi worked fine. The room was clean, though its simple design was very different from the lobby. The bathroom was clean and had a hair dryer, but the hot water didn’t work well in my room. Breakfast didn’t have many options and didn’t taste great.

I spent three nights here and was deeply disappointed. The room was dirty, and the AC looked disgusting, like it was rarely cleaned. There was a blood stain on the bedsheets and the pillows smelled awful. Housekeeping didn’t change them during the next day’s room cleanup either. They only did so after I asked. Staff were very slow to respond. Paying for services was also a hassle, even though I had an open tab on my credit card with reception. I know the hospitality sector is struggling, but this service isn’t acceptable.
