The downtown location is convenient, close to Gubeng train station, dining spots, and other places around the center. But the room was dirty. I couldn't sleep the first night and killed nearly a hundred mosquitoes. The next day I bought an electric mosquito repellent at a nearby convenience store, though it still didn't work completely. The old AC cooled the room well enough. The shower came from a single pipe: the water was cold at night and warm, almost hot, around noon.

The place was quiet, with a friendly receptionist and 24 hour security. Breakfast was free. There are three room types: Superior with a hot shower, deluxe without one, and Student with a single bed.

The services, breakfast, and access to nearby places were all good. The cupboard could be replaced with a smaller wardrobe, and the hot and cold shower could be improved.

A comfortable, fairly spacious room, though the bathroom was too small. It seems suitable for backpackers.

It's pretty cheap and fine if you just need somewhere to sleep and shower for a short stay. Some malls, a university, and a hospital are nearby.
