The staff were the best part of our stay, really welcoming, helpful, and friendly. The hotel itself was a letdown despite the good reviews. Our room felt neglected, with bugs around, damaged peeling walls, and a generally run-down look. Noise came through from outside and neighboring rooms, so it was hard to relax or sleep. The AC also kept making loud sounds even when switched off, which was frustrating at night. It's a shame the condition of the place didn't live up to the team's excellent service.

We came for the 4th Nusantara Meet-Up of Local Guides, and it seems like a suitable venue for a large event. Our room was spacious and comfortable, though there were quite a lot of mosquitoes. The furniture looks old-fashioned, so I assume the hotel has been around a while. The committee arranged the stay, so I don't know the room price. We were greeted with cold tea around 10 PM; warm tea would've been nicer.

The receptionist was courteous, and the rooms are comfortable enough for a short, budget family stopover. The AC worked well, and the water heater worked except in room 709. The equipment and materials are outdated, and the linen had stains and marks, so I hope they replace it for each new guest. Still good value for the price, with a simple room setup and the basic travel needs covered.

This hotel belongs to the STIESIA campus. It's affordable, with a spacious room and tiled floors, no carpet. There is ample parking, which other visitors or postgraduate students and staff may also use.
