The rooms come with Google TV, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is new and sits in a complex with apartments and a mall, right in the heart of Surabaya. Valet parking is free for guests, so there’s no need to hunt for a parking space. Breakfast and dinner are included. Dinner has fewer choices than breakfast, but we thought it was quite good.

The room was tidy and well maintained, and the bed was so comfortable I got a really good night’s sleep. Everything felt fresh, and the atmosphere was pleasant. Had a great stay and would definitely come back. I’d recommend it if you want a comfortable, enjoyable stay.

The pool and gym were out of order, and we weren’t told about that when booking or checking in. If you need those facilities during your stay, don’t book here. There are plenty of nearby hotels with full facilities. We asked for compensation and they refused, which was a huge disappointment. Check-in also took too long, and the service was very slow. We’ll never use Whiz branded hotels again. You can get a better hotel for the same money or less.

It was my first time staying here, and I’ll definitely return. The food was consistently good, the service was excellent, and the rooms and facilities were clearly kept clean and well maintained. The high-speed Wi-Fi also made it easy to get work done. I’d recommend it to both business and leisure travelers.

The location is great, and the views are beautiful. You can see both the city and the river, which makes the atmosphere relaxing. The food was very good, and service throughout the hotel was excellent. Staff were friendly, polite, and ready to help. They responded quickly whenever I needed something. Special thanks to the General Manager, Mr. Ari, for being attentive and supportive with guest requests. My room was spacious and comfortable, with reliable hot water. Shampoo, soap, and shower gel were provided, along with complimentary water, tea, and coffee each day. The TV made it easy to watch YouTube and international channels, and the internet connection was excellent for working or relaxing. The hotel was extremely clean and well maintained. The room, sheets, towels, and bathroom were spotless. Housekeeping cleaned every day, kept everything in great condition, and replaced the towels daily. I had a wonderful stay at Grand Whiz Hotel Praxis Surabaya and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
