The guard was unfriendly and got angry at guests, asking, “You’re pregnant, right?”

The location is convenient, and the owner is kind and responsive, but the employees’ attitude has been awful. They act like they own the boarding house and do whatever they want, with no manners. There’s even cat poop left outside the room, and the smell hangs around. I’ve asked them to fix facilities, but it takes ages. My laundry has been waiting a week and still hasn’t come back. It was only a small load, so why is it taking this long? It reminds me of my old boarding house, where the rooms were full and however much laundry I did, the result was a broken TV. I’m worn out from having to reprimand them. I want to complain, but there are so many employees involved in handling problems inside the boarding house that I hesitate. They need better training, and the owner is losing out because of how long everything takes. They’d be better off firing these employees and hiring people who know how to treat guests.

I really can’t recommend this, especially the hourly rooms. The rooms I’ve been given have always been dirty and already used by other people.

The people are nice, the rooms are suitable, and it’s easy to find food nearby.
