I was there for four days on level 9 and couldn't get a decent night's sleep. Starting around 6+am, some staff would gather up there and laugh really loudly, without considering the guests. I even opened my door to signal them to quiet down, but they carried on. Why were they gathering on level 9 at all?

The only letdown for me was the restaurant, which doesn't have a western buffet section. Otherwise, the room suited my travel needs, the service was top notch, and there's plenty of parking. The access is super strategic, close to two great universities, Surabaya's business district, and Djuanda Airport. One of the best places to stay in the heart of Surabaya.

The beach is nearby, about 5 minutes by car or a 30-minute walk. At check-in, they offered us a room with an interconnecting door.

I was there for a dinner invitation, not an overnight stay, so I can't say much about the room. The place was clean and tidy for a budget hotel, and the front desk staff were nice. The food was generally good, except for one menu. The dining room AC could be colder, and parking isn't very spacious. It's also not solid ground, which could be a hassle in the rainy season.

We had a nice event here, with good food, helpful staff, and a private setting at a reasonable price. The location is good too, and "Iron" was especially helpful. We'll come back for another event. Thanks so much for the good service, keep it up 🥰🥰🥰
