The toilet and sheets were filthy, and really everything in the room was super dirty. The lights were yellow, making it feel like a chicken coop. I wouldn't come back here.

The rooms are clean and the price is really cheap. I highly recommend it, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Waru.

I didn't take any photos. The room is clean and comfortable, with a soft spring bed, wardrobe, TV, blanket, and an en suite bathroom. The AC works well, and there’s plenty of water. At IDR 120,000 per night, it feels like a great deal. Check-in starts at 2 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. The surroundings are quiet, cool, and fresh. There are a few things that could be better. The bathroom isn't dirty, but it could be cleaned more often. The water heater doesn't work, and the shower isn't working properly, though you can still use it. The toilet is clean, and the room itself is very clean and cool with the AC on. The blanket seems a bit worn, so a new one might be a good idea. Some spots around the property are a little dirty and not very nice to look at. The TV in my room didn't work, and there was no cable, so I couldn't watch anything. The wardrobe is just right and there’s a mirror and sink near the bathroom. It’s a good fit for a 1-2 night stay. The place is a little hidden behind STIE Mahardhika, and a bit far from civilization. I think it's near the toll entrance and the tourism office, cmiiw. Luckily, the map has the location, so you shouldn't get lost. From an upstairs room, you can see the STIE Mahardika building. There are chairs in front of the lobby where you can chat with friends. I really like that smoking isn't allowed here. Keep it up! My personal rating: 4.1/5.
