It’s a big, elegant house, but the staff’s attitude was lacking and they weren’t helpful. When I asked about things, they said they didn’t know, even when I asked where to get breakfast. They have an Indomie display but never offer it to hungry guests. Owner, you should train your employees to serve and satisfy guests. This is hospitality, so service matters. You’re in the center of the country’s second-largest city. Choose qualified staff, with at least a bachelor’s degree, to address this gap.

The place is clean, affordable, and very well located. I’d definitely come back. I gave it four stars because the inn requires guests to hand over their original ID card to keep, even though I had already paid for our whole stay. Imagine if they lost our ID or passport. I don’t see how this policy benefits guests.

A good place to stay in the city center, very close to the mall and station. The room walls are so thin you can hear people talking or doing things on the other side. If a little noise doesn’t bother you, this could be a good choice.

For $10, you get a king bed, air conditioning and Wi-Fi, which makes this a really nice, low-cost spot for backpackers. The room divider is thin, so loud voices from the next room carry through, and the bathroom is outside the room.

The staff were genuinely good, but the building feels old. In Room 8, the air conditioning didn't cool at all, and the Wi-Fi signal was weak. There’s no sign or board outside, so it’s easy to miss. Keep it on your map, and look for the Christian school across from loxy inn.
