Even one star feels like too much. The elevator has been out of order for a month, and nobody seems to care. I haven't seen security this disrespectful in Surabaya. They sleep or lounge around instead of working, especially on the corner of Floor SB and at the Lobby paket corner, where they meet, laugh, and talk. At the gate, one young attendant checking parking tickets was rude and appeared to cheat: a bike fee for 10 minutes to an hour is 3,000 IDR, but he took 20,000 IDR. The guard who should direct traffic outside the entrance sits down or hides behind a sign. Even when you need help stopping traffic to get inside, he doesn't care. The rules are strange too. A month's bike parking and a month's car parking cost the same. There's a lot that feels off here, so living in this apartment takes patience. The biggest problem is security: nobody checks on them, they don't seem to care, and they act completely relaxed and disrespectful even in front of residents.

Only one of the three towers has been completed in the past decade. The developer left construction half-finished after taking customers' money, and the photos they showed were nowhere close to reality, lol. Never trust Puncak brand!

The grace period is only five minutes.
