The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, with good air conditioning. The staff were friendly, and I was very happy with the service and hospitality during my stay. Wi-Fi was hit or miss, though. It's close to everywhere, and they are very strict about illegal things.

The staff are kind and nice, and available around the clock. I loved the snacks the Hotel provides each day. Excellent location, with a real focus on customer service.

All the crew were so helpful, and my room was clean and tidy. There is a call to prayer at each prayer time. Excellent!

You have to leave your KTP while staying. At the regional office, they also ask for a KTP in exchange for the access card, which is confusing.

It's a budget hotel, fairly cheap, with facilities that aren't bad. I liked using the meeting room because the AC kept it cool, and the staff were friendly. There's a mini bar, but it's not like a regular cafe, just instant noodles, coffee, tea, and snacks. If you want breakfast, you need to ask the receptionist first. The location is in the middle of Surabaya, so it's not far away. The toilet was fairly clean. It's non-smoking, and couples have to show a marriage certificate.
