Check-in and checkout went smoothly, and the room was okay. I was satisfied overall, though the cleanliness needs work. The bathroom, especially the closet, needs a thorough clean, and the towels should be bleached so guests feel comfortable using them.

For a night or two, this B&B is okay. I went in with low expectations, and the Wi-Fi, hot water, and AC all worked better than I expected. The AC handled a room with eight people, and the hot water was fine. The sheets were clean, though I noticed a few stains, and the bathroom walls and floor could use a proper scrub. Towels and a bath mat weren't in the room, so I had to ask for them.

The price was good, and Tunjungan Plaza is just a very short walk away. Our twin room worked for a family with two kids, with each bed around 120 by 200 cm, and the hot shower worked well. But the bathroom wasn't very clean, and the towel was greyish. Worst of all, some kind of water pump near room 316 made noise all night, which really spoiled my stay.

I only came here for meetings in the HAND meeting room on the third floor, so I can't speak to staying at the hotel. The neighborhood is pretty quiet at night, which means there’s plenty of parking when I come for my club meetings. The room itself is nice and quiet, with white and amber LED lighting, plus a speaker and mixer that feel fancy for its size. The elevator is small, and I find it quicker to take the stairs to the third floor.
