The room was really nice for a stay with family or friends, and it’s easy to get to public places from here. The service was excellent too, everyone was so helpful.

We had a comfortable, spacious, clean room, and the staff were warm and attentive whenever we needed help. It’s also in a strategic spot for getting around Surabaya. We ate at Omah Emak Café Resto and liked both the food and the cozy atmosphere. Twin Tower Hotel Surabaya felt like good value with good service and facilities. I’d recommend it and would happily come back for another staycation.

The building may be old, but it’s kept clean and in good shape. Breakfast was nice, the facilities felt complete, and the service was top notch. Everyone was friendly, especially chef fahmi, who’s a really nice guy. The cozy atmosphere was great too. I’ll be back 👍👍👍

I dropped off some things for my friend to use at his master’s graduation at ITS Surabaya. Parking is limited, but the place is cool.
