They wouldn’t let me check in after the stated time. The man insisted the booking be canceled, but wouldn’t offer a refund or let me reschedule. Really frustrating, especially for someone who actually needs somewhere to rest.

I couldn't figure out where the place was, and nobody replied when I tried to contact them.

The booking covers 4 nights, but apparently there are no refunds. If you book from the 1st to the 4th, you have to arrive on the 1st before 8 PM. Miss that and the ticket is forfeited, like a plane ticket. What kind of hotel works this way? Just close it! 🤣🤣 The check-in hours are a real trap, and the service was rude too. Management should pay more attention and be proactive, instead of making rules with no solution. Be careful if you plan to stay here, this can be extremely costly.

The room itself was fine, but I ended up moving because I had a car and was told by the local toughs that parking cost 10,000 rupiah a day. I checked with the boarding house guard, and he said I had to pay. If parking had been free, I would've extended my stay.
