A low price doesn't have to mean poor quality or cleanliness, and customers can still be treated well. Too bad this hotel seems to think those things can't go together.

On June 3, 2021, I was really disappointed. I changed rooms twice, and both times were a letdown. The shower didn't work, the sink was broken, and the room looked like a warehouse. This was the worst service I've had at a hotel. One star doesn't feel deserved. I'll post about it on TripAdvisor.

I loved the room, it was cozy, spacious, really clean, and the staff were friendly. The broken water heater was such a pain, though.

When I got there, it didn't seem suitable for children. There was cigarette smoke everywhere and the rooms smelled bad. I cancelled right away and didn't get a refund.

Just bad, avoid it. If you're okay with spiders, mold, no amenities, and a skin rash, go ahead and stay.
