The bed was clean, but the toilet was very dirty and wasn’t working. There were lots of mosquitoes too. Please clean and fix the bathroom for the next guests.

For 130K rupiahs, this is a good place. The hot water works fine, and the room is clean enough, although some of the wall paint is starting to peel and there’s a dirty footprint on the wall. It’s in an alley, and sometimes the gate is closed, so you have to turn around, but the location is strategic. I also liked being surrounded by old antique houses.

The lift couldn’t be used, which was a shame, but I still found the stay quite satisfying. It was a clean, comfortable place, and the staff were friendly. The lady looking after us even helped me carry my many heavy things.

I stayed overnight on my way to Yogyakarta, and the room was well worth the price for a solo traveler. Pasar Turi station isn’t far away. The one drawback was that the elevator was broken and being repaired, so getting up to the third floor with my heavy luggage took some effort. I’d recommend this for solo travelers and people on a budget.
