I was really disappointed to find out the hotel is closed, especially after I'd already paid and couldn't get a refund. I don't know why it's still listed on booking platforms, but I'd suggest not booking it.

Finding the place was already difficult. Then the manager said she was in a dispute with OYO and only took cash, although I'd booked and paid with Apple Pay through Booking.com. Since the online payment option was still available, how was I supposed to know? She told me to cancel, but there'd be a fee almost equal to the night's price. She also offered a rate of 125,000 Rp, even though I'd already paid 102,000 Rp through Booking.com, lol. I asked Booking.com for a refund without fees, which she was supposed to approve, but she didn't know how. Then she said paying online was my responsibility, as if the OYO dispute were something I could have known about. She left the online payment option up on Booking.com anyway, in case more people get scammed. She came across as one of the most dishonest people I've met, despite the good Booking.com reviews. Avoid at all costs!

I arrived and couldn't find the place at all, and there was no refund. It's surprising the listing is still on the app. Even after I booked, rooms were still showing as available. Don't book here, it feels like a scam.

You haven't been able to check in here for a long time, so don't book. Why is it still on the app? Don't let anyone else get scammed 🤦🏻♀️
