I’m trying to buy an apartment, but they keep changing the requirements and payment schedule. The receptionist and admin staff seemed very unprofessional and didn’t know the basic order for handling a contract or the difference between an invoice, a receipt, and a contract. They’re asking for the full payment upfront without a signed contract. Don’t buy here until your contract has been signed. I wouldn’t trust Taman Melati personnel or PT Adhi Karya.
The staff are unprofessional and cross personal boundaries. Security in particular are hostile and rude. They announced my PRIVATE business in public and judged me openly.
People coming from the pool mostly weren't wearing masks. The receptionist also had no mask on, and when staff gathered in the reception area, they didn't keep any distance. They even ate together there while guests were around. The lift limit says five people, but staff ignored it. Two women tried to squeeze in even though it was already packed with guests. Funny. The COVID protocols here are really bad.
