The room was roomy for the price and had a big window, though the view outside wasn't especially nice. It felt cozy and clean, with a TV, AC, table and two chairs, a closet with two hangers, a bin, and a shoe spot behind the door. I paid around 149,000 rupiah for one night after booking through the OYO app, which can save about 35% to 50%. For a cheap stay, getting hot water in the clean bathroom was a real plus. It had a sink, flush toilet, and shower, and they supplied two toothbrushes with toothpaste, a pair of towels, and free hair and body gel. The downside was that the hair shampoo and body soap containers were empty, so I had to buy those separately outside.

The location is the one real advantage, though there are plenty of other places close by. I went in skeptical after seeing the poor reviews for a hotel run by a famous chain, and I ended up understanding them. The water was the main problem. There was no complimentary drinking water in the room or free dispenser anywhere, so you had to buy it from the hotel. Around 6 PM the bathroom water was just a trickle, and by about 10 AM the next day it was barely running at all. Water matters a lot in a hotel, and knowing this, I wouldn't have stayed, even at the same price, since you can find a better place. Other issues included a moldy curtain, broken bathroom door, dirty bathroom glass, and a TV you couldn't watch. Those were somewhat understandable for the price range. I'd suggest avoiding the place at least until management changes. One more thing, I left my phone charger there. I booked months ago, but they never let me know they'd found it.

Basic, but clean. The room could use more attention, and the receptionist forgot my towel.

The AC works really well, and the hotel is clean. I like it, especially because the location is so handy and there are lots of good restaurants around. Bring mosquito repellent, or ask the hotel for some.
