I booked through Agoda and transferred 60,000 IDR, then got charged another 150,000 IDR under the claim that it was a hotel rule. Is that really a rule, or extortion? Reception only operates until 10 PM, and there's already a curfew.

This was my first time booking a hotel, and it turned out the hotel wasn't available. It had been replaced by RedDoorz, but the app still showed Oyyo Hotel as active. Oyyo, if you can't provide proper service, please stop listing that hotel. People are losing money.

I made a reservation, but the service was terrible from the start. There was no guard at the desk. I rang the bell several times, waited a long time outside, and nobody came out. They didn't answer my call or reply to my text, so I finally canceled. Pretty annoying, you know? 👻

I was surprised they issued a refund, saying the hotel was full even though I bought the hotel ticket well before check-in.
