My online booking was meant to be ready when I arrived, but they said the place was full. I eventually got an unsuitable room, 105. It was stuffy, with dirty floors and sheets, and the AC barely cooled. The bathroom was dirty too, and the door wouldn't lock.

The receptionist didn't look ready to welcome guests, wearing pants but no shirt. In the room, the AC wasn't cold, the toilet still had dirt left in it, and the towels and pillows were shabby and blackish. The bedsheets also looked used, dirty, and stained.

My husband and I were about to go to bed, but we couldn't get over how dirty the room was. The sheets and pillows were covered in stains, and the bathroom was so filthy that seeing it while I wanted to brush my teeth and buy mineral water almost made me spit. The overflowing bin and all the marks didn't help. I even bought a lot of tissues to wipe up water that had gotten into the room. We had just parked when my husband was already looking at me because of the mess. I was given the top corner room. I'm not traumatized anymore 😭😭

It feels more like a cage. If you don't have to stay here, you'd be better off finding a boarding house. The tap water here is dirtier than the river water.

This place is more suitable for animals. It's extremely dirty, and the water is dirty too, with a smell like drain water.
