For me, the low price takes it from a 7/10 to a 9/10. I’d take off a point for the receptionist, who couldn’t seem to smile. The room was fairly clean and spacious for what it cost, though the bathroom was so small it got in the way when I tried to do anything more serious. They have a pool, a garden that isn’t really a garden, and an outdoor cafe, all visible in their pictures. Renovation work was going on while I was there. I hope they’ve installed the cool cardkey system by now. It was 2020 and they were still using a regular key for the door, which felt like a Narnia situation.

We paid 120k for one night for two people through Agoda, with a big discount, so the value for money was okay. It’s a huge resort in a quiet, unpolluted location, with plenty of good food stalls right next to it. But some buildings are starting to fall apart, and when we sat on the bed, one side sank 30 centimetres. The beds were very uncomfortable, the bathroom was dirty, the shower drain was blocked, and the internet didn’t work. The pool water smelled really bad and didn’t seem clean, so we decided not to swim.

Quiet and cozy, even though it's close to the city. I booked a premium room through the reddoorz app and ended up enjoying my stay enough to want to linger. A nice place for people traveling.
