I came from Lampung with my husband while he was in Surabaya, and I'm glad I found this hotel. It was clean, tidy, and comfortable, and the service was okay. I liked it 🙏♥️♥️

Clean and decent enough for a hotel room. It could also work as a boarding place for workers who don't want much stuff in their room.

The room was comfortable, clean, and smelled nice, with a clean bathroom and cold air conditioning. It's small, but cheap and cheerful, with mineral water included. Service was friendly, and the quiet, boarding-house feel makes it fine for a short transit when all you need is rest. Hot water is available, though limited. There are some practical drawbacks. The rooms are upstairs and only accessible by stairs, so they aren't suitable for wheelchair users. Parking a private car is tricky since there's no dedicated parking. You have to wait until after 9, when the shophouse downstairs closes, and someone else might take the space. Parking for motorcycles is still okay.

I felt at home here for nearly three years before I even realized how much time had passed. There are lots of food options and coffee shops nearby, and it's comfortable.
