The water was clean from both the shower and the bathtub, and the hot water worked fine, so I didn’t run into the problem I’d read about. I stayed for three days and two nights in the cheapest option, the Junior Suite Historical King. It had a combined tub and shower, plus an electric kettle that was handy for coffee, tea, or instant food. The AC worked well, maybe too well for me, so I turned it off because the room got cold 😂. There was a TV with mostly international channels, and I was lucky to have an outside-facing window. It was a great stay.

The staff service was excellent, and the hotel is close to a mall and shopping center. I stayed two nights for the first time yesterday. The rooms are spacious, with vintage furniture, a bathtub, a small fridge, and an LCD TV that worked fine and had a range of channels. The building, corridors, rooms, and interiors do look quite old, though, and there wasn’t much that felt special.

The only real drawback was the gym, which is worn out and unusable. Otherwise, everything was great. Housekeeping was amazing, my room was super comfortable, and the staff were all really friendly. Most rooms have a clean bathtub too. I planned to stay in Suraba6for a week, but I liked the hotel enough to extend for another two weeks. Best hotel in surabaya.

Getting into the tub means climbing stairs, so it isn’t convenient for children or older people. The shower is oddly set up in the bathtub, and the rooms look like they’re from the 70s. They really need refurbishing.

The room was huge, and the staff were incredibly kind. They helped us so much when illness forced us to change our travel plans. Thank you, I highly recommend this place.
