The staff were really kind and helpful, and I appreciated the location. For just one night, the place was decent. I would've picked somewhere else for a longer stay in Surabaya, though. Breakfast was only bread and instant coffee, so we went out to find food. The doors and windows are thin enough that you can hear everything in the hallway.

I keep coming back here when I need an overnight stay in Surabaya. The room is comfy and clean, and the AC gets very cold. There's a TV too. My room cost Rp 250.000. The toilet smelled bad and leaked, though. For 250k, breakfast wasn't bad, just bread, coffee, and tea. If you need rice, you can get another meal at a restaurant.

It looks nice and is well designed, and it works as a quick stop. But the rooms are so noisy because the walls are paper thin. You can literally hear everything going on in other rooms, and quiet matters a lot to me. The price seems to go up and down, and I felt it was over my budget. There are better options out there.

The rooms are small but clean, and the price is decent. The towels and bedcovers could be cleaner. Staff were kind, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Parking fits about 6-8 medium cars, and there are smoking areas on the second and third floor balconies. It's close to the Waru toll gate, the airport, and Citto Mall, and not too far from the bus station. Along jln. Siwalan Kerto there are minimarkets and some late-night street food.
