The reception and lounge felt a bit dirty, messy, and hot. Some lockers couldn’t be locked and need fixing. Airflow in the capsule should be stronger too, because I had to open it to get more AC air from the corridor. On the plus side, the sheets, capsule, bathroom, and shower were clean, and the location is excellent and central.

For the price, this place is good. It’s clean and secluded, and I felt safe. The bathroom is clean, and the heater stays on 24/7. The lamp isn’t very bright, and the AC can get quite cold, but you can adjust it. Breakfast costs extra, but you can buy it, and it’s reasonably priced and tastes amazing. Recommended.

The lobby was unclean, and the staff weren’t attentive. I don’t hate the place, which is why I’m not giving it one star, but I definitely won’t return. I was lucky to only spend one night there. I booked a cabin room, and it wasn’t clean. The AC took forever to cool things down, and there was no hot water at all. The bathroom walls and floor looked moldy and smelled strange, with mothball fragrance masking it a little. They provided tea and coffee, but the little glass shelves were dusty, so who knows when the jug and cup were last cleaned. The fancy-looking photos don’t necessarily show what you get.

A good option for solo travel, with good service and a central location in surabaya. It’s near Surabaya Plaza, the railway station, a hospital, a gas station, coffee shops, a minimarket, and other attractions. The capsules need more attention to maintenance.
