Zen Rooms Anjani Galaxy Mall Syariah - Hostel

I arrived to find no receptionist, just a teenager at the boarding house who had no idea how online reservations worked. He called the actual receptionist, who put me in an upstairs room with twin beds even though I’d booked a large bed through traveloka and had proof of the order. When I showed it to her, she still insisted on the twin room. After I pushed for the room I’d paid for, she offered to cancel the booking instead. That felt really unprofessional. The breakfast was just a piece of white bread with chocolate in the middle. If I’d known, I would’ve stayed at the harris hotel. It’s farther from ITS, where I was going, but getting a go car would’ve been fine, and the rate wasn’t much different. At harris I could’ve had an all-you-can-eat breakfast and the bed I’d actually booked. I wouldn’t recommend Anjani B&B.

The internet was great, and it wasn't crowded. Beds and the bathroom were good, and there was a TV area as well as space to work. They had useful amenities and a nice breakfast too. A good place for backpackers to get some sleep.

The place was tidy, and the host was the best I’ve experienced. I really have no complaints. Good value for its class.

A nice spot, with free WiFi and food we could make ourselves.
