OYO 91165 Undaan Residence

I’m staying here while visiting a friend who’s in recovery after being hospitalized and coming to Dr. Sotomo Hospital for checkups. It works well as a temporary place to stay.

This place is a boarding house with lots of people around, so it’s hard to feel comfortable. The surrounding area was uncomfortable too, and I was repeatedly stopped by local residents whenever I went in or out of the alley. The innkeeper isn’t liked by people nearby, which affects guests staying here. The service was very poor, and the innkeeper asked for extra fees. The mattress didn’t match the app picture, the sheets were filthy, and the pillows and mattress weren’t fit to use. The rusty toilet door wouldn’t close properly, the toilet didn’t work right, and the shower was broken. The water was dirty and ran poorly. There were no blanket or trash can. The room was only cleaned when guests arrived, so I had to wait 30 minutes. You couldn’t go out at night. This place should have been closed, but it’s still taking guests. Highly inappropriate, I don’t recommend it.

You couldn’t enter after 9 PM, and the place sits in a residential alley. The room felt shabby, more like a boarding house, and they added Rp 100,000 per night.

The alley is so narrow that cars can’t get in, and even motorcycles have trouble. I’d booked through the app already, but they still demanded an extra fee at check-in. The staff or owner was very arrogant. Highly not recommended. Don’t stay here or at any other OYO hotel if you want to avoid a miserable time.
