The Wi-Fi reached my room well, but the stay was awful otherwise. The room and bed were still dirty and dusty, and the tiny bathroom smelled strongly of urine. I nearly passed out from it. They also asked to keep my ID card and said they'd return it the next day. I worried they might use it for something bad. Definitely won't stay here again. Ugh!

The outside of the building looks great, but I had a terrible stay over three nights. My first room had a footprint on the bedsheet under the pillow, a dirty bed, and awful smells from the blanket, pillowcases, and sheets. The amenities were empty, and the hot water lasted only three minutes. I moved rooms on the second day. That one was better, though the blanket still smelled bad, there was a cockroach in the toilet, and a spider web in the room. I was too tired to complain. Staff were asleep on the lobby couch while using their phones, and I saw them cleaning bedding by the stairs to the second floor in a way that didn't look good. The stairway smelled of cigarette smoke because staff smoked there. Worst RedDoorz I've tried. Never coming back.
