I booked through the airy app, and the price was definitely worth it. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room facilities all worked, though adjusting the hot water was a little tricky. There’s a self-serve spot for tea and coffee, and the parking area is fairly small. You can also ask the front desk to hold your luggage for a while.

The service was really bad. The manager didn’t greet us when we arrived, and the male porter wasn’t dressed properly for hotel staff. Our breakfast was meant to be brought to the room, but after nearly two hours, we went to get it ourselves. The building is actually good, with standard rooms that are clean and have good AC, a TV, and hot water. It’s in central Surakarta (Solo), Central Java Province, but the parking area is so small that even parking a motorbike was difficult.
