The staff were welcoming, especially Agnes, who helped me from check-in through checkout with a warm smile and attentive service. I also loved the lobby atmosphere and its fragrance. I joined both iftar and sahoor during my stay, and the food was delicious with plenty of choices. Staff cleared our plates quickly and kept the meal comfortable. There’s a large basement parking area, and the hotel is not far from Solo Balapan Railway Station. I stayed in an Executive Room at the Swiss-Belhotel Solo. It was spacious and well laid out, with a smart TV, a comfortable desk, and a cozy sofa. I enjoyed the city view, and the large bathroom had two washbasins. The bed was extremely comfortable. One small drawback: there was a showcase, but it wasn’t cold like a proper fridge, and the room had no refrigerator. The stay was very comfortable, and I’d recommend the hotel for a visit to Solo.

Breakfast had lots of choice, with international dishes and traditional Solo specialties. The restaurant staff were friendly and made us comfortable, and even with the restaurant crowded, the chef kept smiling and suggested some dishes. The F&B Leader in charge was welcoming too, greeting us with a smile even during the busy hours. Our family had a memorable holiday at Swiss-Belhotel Solo. The lobby security and reception team gave us a warm welcome at check-in, and the lobby staff served a refreshing welcome drink. When we entered the room, a special greeting for my child made my wife and child very happy. The room was spacious, clean, and fragrant, with a lovely view of the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. Thanks to the Housekeeping team for getting it ready so well. We’ll definitely come back.

We’ve chosen iftar here last year, the year before, and again this year, and it’s been a very good choice each time. The food is just as delicious, the quality stays the same, and the service is wonderful, including the cleanliness and tidiness. If you haven’t tried it, I recommend giving it a go.
