The showerhead was in bad shape, the TV and Wi-Fi didn’t work properly, and the sheet was dirty. I was charged extra for checking out at 12:03, just three minutes late. Then staff entered the room and demanded more money for doors and keys they said they had broken, about 600k rupiah in total.
4/10
The room was decent and the location was good, but the service was terrible. I stayed three days and had to ask for housekeeping. Even then, they didn’t change the towels, though I’d specifically asked.
6/10
It’s a budget place near the city center. The room was clean and good, and Wi-Fi reaches into the room, though it’s not very fast.
10/10
Easy to get to the city center, so it worked well for a few nights with my family.
10/10
Handy spot close to the city center. A nice place to stay.
