The staff were pleasant, though their service was inconsistent, and the stay left me very disappointed. The place felt neglected: the trees and plants looked untrimmed for years, the tents smelled damp and musty, and the film was unclear. It barely resembled the photos, and there was no real view overlooking anything. We arrived to find nobody there, and despite booking both rooms together, they couldn't place them side by side. The rooms were falling apart, the leaking system kept our bathroom wet throughout the stay, and we never got hot water. I also handed in laundry when we arrived. When I went to collect it the next day, just before leaving, they said they didn't know I'd left any. They promised it in an hour, but even 29 hours later it still wasn't done. I've stayed in central Bali many times on the same budget without problems like this with hot water, service, or the gap between what was promised and what we got.

We arrived with our kids and felt welcome right away. The tent was cozy and had what we needed, with a really comfortable bed. In the evenings we liked sitting in the hammock and listening to nature. The hosts are lovely and clearly care a lot about making this a special camp ground. And Bobo is such a sweet boy 🥰 We had a magical stay.

The manager was rude, and there was black mold in the room. The listing says there's a kitchen, but we weren't allowed to use it. This place is far from other places, and since I do keto, the lack of a keto menu was a problem. They wouldn't even let staff cook with our ingredients, although we offered to pay for that. The manager said it was our problem. How can they serve meals made with such awful oil? I wouldn't recommend coming here.

The jungle setting was a lovely break from the busy feel of life back home in Australia. The scenery was amazing, and the food was delicious. Wayan and the staff were warm and helpful, too. If you're looking for a jungle escape with good vibes, this is a place I can't recommend enough. Thanks, Wayan, and thanks to Bali Jungle camping!

Wayan, the manager and “master of all,” seemed to handle nearly everything, from guests and cooking to billing. Angga showed us around and explained things in detail, and our two dome tents were very clean. The food was outstanding, even for our vegetarian family. It arrived within 10 minutes of ordering, beautifully presented, and the property was well stocked despite being in a remote area. This is the most beautiful, peaceful place we've visited in Bali, with a lovely fresh breeze. The service was excellent, and I'd recommend it to anyone wanting quiet.
