The pool and kitchen are both really nice and clean, and everyone here is quick to take initiative. The location is very strategic, and the owner and staff are so friendly and fast to respond. Rezky and Usman, thank you for always looking after us! Breakfast nasi goreng is very good, and you can also order fresh, crispy fried chicken from Rezky. She really knows what she’s doing 🤤 They even planted watermelon 🍉 and we got some twice when they harvested it. This place is going to be our home every time we come to kertasari! LITA & JEFF. Thank you so much, MATAPPA GUEST HOUSE!! SUKSES SELALU❤️❤️❤️

I’ve stayed here twice and liked the location and my room. The staff were quick to answer questions or deal with concerns. My only suggestions are that I wish the room had a sink, though I could manage without one, and the WhatsApp messages kept coming into the evening, which got annoying.

Everything felt new and clean, and the staff were kind and friendly. The room was bright and spacious, with a comfortable bed, AC, and good Wi-Fi. The common areas are nice too, and the pool is a huge plus! 😊

With just four rooms, this place has a lowkey feel and was a lucky find in Kertasari. The rooms are well maintained and have hot showers. It’s still under construction, but the workers are considerate and don’t make loud repairs in the mornings. Andhi (manager) and Ritzki (cleaning lady) are wonderful, helpful people. I’d recommend it to surfers, as long as you’re not expecting a 5-star hotel retreat. Can’t wait to return!

We spent a month here and loved it. The area is really quiet, the rooms are comfortable, and the kitchen and pool are great. It’s also very easy to reach the staff on Whatsapp. Definitely recommend it if you’re coming to Kertasari.
