It's a nicely built apartment, with good quality materials and a mid-range price. Lippo Mall Puri and Puri Indah Mall are very close, and the commuter line at rawa buaya is 6 km away. I'd recommend it for a young family.

The location is the main thing I like, with Tangerang and Jakarta both accessible. With considerate neighbors, it could be a great place to live. Some people nearby don't seem suited to apartment life, or to living around others at all. The new building isn't in great condition, contractors are slow to respond to repair complaints and hard to reach, and safety doesn't feel very strict. Parking is limited and so narrow that I'm worried another car could scratch mine.

The location is strategic, so I'll give it three stars. I stayed one night in Unit D 16.16. The sink smelled awful, and none of the controllers worked, so we had to install an app on our phones to operate the AC and TV. We were too tired to complain. The shower started hot but went cold after maybe 10 minutes. Parking was very expensive, and I couldn't use my access card in some lifts. Not sure if the card or the lift buttons were faulty.

I'm disappointed by the very high parking fees, especially after 10pm, when it's 20K per hour with no maximum. Even malls and office buildings have a cap, for example 5K an hour up to 50K. No wonder so many unit owners are unhappy. Renting a unit seems like a better option than owning one.
