The bedsheets smelled bad, and the room was filthy, with hair all over the floor. While I was checking in, staff were lying around on the floor. That was pretty embarrassing and unprofessional. A horrible place for a transit stop.

There were bugs in the bed, and the towel they gave me had already been used. Nothing felt clean. I tried sleeping on the floor to get away from the bugs, but I didn’t sleep at all. This place should be closed.

Unless you're running from the police, stay away. The hotel is in a student apartment building, the staff are unfriendly, and we found bugs and hair that seemed to be from previous guests or the cleaning staff.

Don't book here. This hotel is no longer connected to online booking.

After we arrived, the front desk had already checked us in without anyone asking us to. We had paid through the app, but staff then demanded another payment, saying the app money went to the app instead of the hotel. When we complained to Agoda, they refused to help because the hotel had already confirmed the booking. We stayed since we didn't want to pay twice, and it turned out they had checked us in anyway without our consent. If we didn't pay extra, they said we couldn't check in; if we did, we'd lose money. The money we'd paid had already reached them, so they profited either way. This was really bad, and the whole thing felt like fraud.
