Conjioo Hotel At Jakarta Airport

The room was unpleasant in several ways. Water smelled strongly of sewage, so brushing my teeth was hard, and the toilet tap was broken and drooped over the basin. I had to hold it with one hand while washing the other. There was no ventilation, and a warning on the balcony door said not to open it. The balcony did little to block traffic noise, and I couldn't sleep for the sound. The Wi-Fi was average, below what I'd expect from a good hotel. The food was much worse. After a long train ride across Java without a chance to eat, I arrived hungry and ordered rice with chicken and teriyaki sauce, a few watermelon slices, and a small salad topped with orange-colored sauce. I went to sleep after eating, hoping to catch an early flight. In the morning, I had severe diarrhea and vomiting and nearly missed the flight. I was sick in the hotel, airport, and plane. The roughly 20-hour flight back to the Netherlands was a nightmare. I couldn't eat without vomiting, had a temperature of 38.4, felt cold and achy all over, and the crew covered me with three blankets. I lost weight over the next few days. I filed an official complaint, but nearly three weeks later the hotel still hadn't replied. Breakfast was also very poor: two slices of cheap white bread with butter and two slices of watermelon, that was all. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The staff were very good and cooperative, and I liked the restaurant and breakfast. The location is a drawback, though: there's no good market or place to eat nearby, and it's 60 km from the city center.

I got in late after a long flight and was exhausted. Mr Dito at reception greeted me warmly and quickly helped bring my luggage inside. I appreciated how he treated me. The room was good for the cheap rate, and despite some outside noise I rested well. Good service, and I'll stay here again :)

After traveling, I found the clean, well-kept room comfortable for resting. The location is handy when you need to be near the airport, and the staff were attentive and helpful throughout. Service felt smooth and professional, making this a satisfying and dependable choice.
