The hotel is okay and near the airport, but the service and breakfast were bad. After I spilled coffee on my towel, I asked for a replacement and they wouldn't give me one. I had to wait until housekeeping cleaned the room the next day. It also hosts lots of events, including weddings, so it always felt busy. The elevator stopped at every floor, which meant a lot of waiting. I won't return. For the rest of my stay I moved straight to five-star hotels, where at least I got some service. If your budget is limited, you could stay here, but with a bigger budget I'd avoid it.

The other services were good, but the customer service around checkout was unacceptable. On 5 Feb 2026, I asked for a one-hour late checkout, got verbal confirmation at the check-in counter, and also submitted the request through the Traveloka app. Nobody had told me late checkout wasn't allowed. Then on 6 Fen 2026, at 12:09 PM, I was suddenly told by phone to check out by 12:30 PM. That last-minute notice was unprofessional and left me too little time to get ready.

I tried to book a room from Europe because I wanted to visit Indonesia, but I entered the wrong dates. The booking was for 4-11-2025 / 05-11-2025, and I tried to cancel six days before check-in. They kept rejecting my cancellation. To me, refusing it that far ahead feels illegal. It feels like taking someone's money, literally stealing. Shame on you. Keep the money if that makes you happy.

The rooms are nice, and they're not too close to a mosque, so it's quieter, though the busy road is still noisy. The driveway is in terrible shape, and the food is fair.
