The front office service was very good, and the price is great if you're staying just one night before a morning flight. But the room needs a lot of work. It smelled old, the AC couldn't be adjusted, and the air felt dry and hot. It takes about 30 minutes to reach the airport gate because the hotel is still some way inside Downtown. The shuttle runs every two hours, so plan ahead carefully. Thanks, Abil.

The staff and shuttle driver were so friendly, and the hotel is close to the airport. I booked mainly for the free shuttle service. The room looked a bit old and not very well maintained, and the bed and bathroom were a bit dirty. At least there's free Netflix. Five stars for the staff and driver.

On the evening of 27.08.2025, my friend and I flew from Bali to Jakarta. I think I got food poisoning before the flight. I was vomiting, shivering, and dizzy. We checked in quickly, and about an hour later I decided I needed a hospital. There wasn't a thermometer at the hotel, but receptionist Rio Renaldi (I hope I got the name right) offered to help. He got me to the car, took me to the hospital, explained my symptoms to the staff, and brought me back. He was ready to take me there at 2 am and pick me up at 4 am. A real professional and excellent worker who deserves a bonus. The security guards and other staff were understanding and helped however they could. I was very pleased with the hotel.

The room was super comfortable for the price, with good AC, free tea and coffee, a water heater, and enough bathroom space with good hot water. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The downside is the location: it takes 30 minutes by car to reach the airport, and the nearest convenience store is a 10-minute walk. The free shuttle runs every two hours. Since it's by Wyndham, the name itself feels like a quality guarantee.

We stayed overnight during a Jakarta transit, and it was great value for what you get. The hotel is a good distance from the airport. Rooms were clean and tidy, though the bathroom felt a little old fashioned. The staff were friendly and helpful, even sorting out taxis for us. Dinner and breakfast were basic but good.
