The location, rooms, and facilities are fantastic, which makes the poor communication even more disappointing. My husband called a few times to ask about a late checkout, and staff kept ending the call. When I got there, the details and price were still confused, and what we'd been told on the phone didn't match what I heard in person. I feel the staff handled it badly, so my rating is low.

The room was spacious, the facilities were very good, and the service was great. It's affordable, and you can book through Reddoorz. There's a cafeteria on the first floor and a convenience store nearby. Soekarno-Hatta airport isn't too far away, but traffic on the way can get worse, so leave several hours before boarding.

The cafe opens early, which is handy for an early flight, and the hotel is very close to Soekarno Hatta airport. It's good value, though it wasn't as comfortable as I remembered from my stay five years ago. The room could use a fresh coat of paint.

This whole experience felt like a scam, and the communication was awful. While planning the trip, we called twice, a week apart, to ask about a late checkout fee. Both times a woman reassured us our booking wouldn't be charged. When we arrived and confirmed a 4:30 pm checkout, staff seemed not to understand, but said we could stay late without mentioning a price. At checkout they tried to pressure us into paying more than another night's stay. They hung up on me six times, and wouldn't share the supervisor's email or let me speak with them, even when I offered a recording of the employee saying there'd be no fee. If we were younger and traveling on a budget, this could have put us in a terrible spot.
