New Furnished with Cozy Stay Studio @ M-Town Residence Apartment

Getting around is easy from here. The shopping mall is walkable, Farmer's Market is across the road inside it, and Hypermart is just across the property's south entrance. There are three convenient stores, two on the ground floor, plus a cafe serving meals, plenty of nearby rukos (small shops, restaurants), and a 24-hour self-service laundromat. Visitors can park easily with the usual ticket system and e-money card payment; residents use the multi-story garage. For exercise, there's a shaded walking and jogging area on the 5th floor, so it doesn't get uncomfortably hot, along with two yoga spots for stretching or cooling down. There's a pool too. The toll road is under 10 minutes away. We made two airport trips at 6am and one at 5:30pm, and each took less than 40 minutes. Management is pleasant to deal with, the property stays clean, and the amenities are modern. It's a very pleasant place to live or rent.

I'm very grateful for her communication and help. The one-bedroom apartment with a living room was clean, tidy, and well maintained for my one-night stay. It was comfortable, matched the description, and was reasonably priced.
