At NUSALINK, I booked an elegant deluxe room, but what I got looked cluttered, like it was still being renovated. When I raised it with the staff, they said every other room was occupied and that the room I had booked had an electricity problem. There was a lot of difficulty getting in touch, and they offered no reduction in the price. The biggest issue is that my deposit still hasn't been returned. Fraudsters.
The greenery you can see from the balconies makes the place feel calm and cozy. It's a quiet, exclusive apartment building with just one tower. There are pools for kids and adults, a fitness center, laundry mats, and 24-hour security.
The flat was dirty everywhere, and the sheets had stains. The reception was 30 minutes away, there were no instructions, and the guard didn't seem to care much. It was just better than sleeping under a bridge, one of my worst globetrotter experiences.
The road access is difficult, and the pool and water are dirty, without daily cleaning. The lifts don't have card access, and there are too many daily renters who seem to stay just one night. On top of that, the room smells and the building administration staff are arrogant. This is the worst apartment to live in around Tangerang. I'd rather rent or stay at a nearby hotel like Dprima Hotel Tangerang or Padina Soho.
It's an apartment in the Poris area, close to the bus and train stations. Could be a good investment.
