RedDoorz near Siloam Hospital Karawaci 2

I paid through Agoda when it still showed the place as open, but when I got there I couldn’t check in because it was no longer open. I asked for a discount, but they wouldn’t give one. Instead, they wanted another 250 per night, and I couldn’t get a refund either. Scammer.

Really awful service. The person on WhatsApp never replies, even though the transaction was already paid. You’ll regret it.

I already paid, but the hotel had closed and I couldn’t get a refund. This really tarnishes RedDoorz’s reputation. How did something like this not get detected? It feels like they’re cheating people, and the other reviews look really bad too.

I paid 108 thousand through Agoda, then was told to add another 30 thousand. They said they wouldn’t open the door unless I paid, and the host ended up kicking me out. The service was awful. I went into the room, but it was a wreck: dust on the mattress and floor, no TV, and broken AC. It felt more like a morgue than a bedroom. I stayed for five minutes and left. I’ll give that 138 thousand to charity. Be careful, don’t get fooled. Better not to book here than end up disappointed.
