The first room smelled of cigarette smoke, and the foot mat was really dirty, so I asked to move. I thought the next room was better, but under the bed was filthy, with rubbish, tissues, an Aqua bottle, a mask, and a very thick layer of dust. Oh God, it’s the first time I’ve found a hotel like this.

The staff were good, but the room needs to be checked again. It wasn’t very nice, didn’t have channels, and the AC wasn’t cold. The room wasn’t as nice as the first time I stayed there.
8/10
Handy for finding meals, and a practical spot if you're staying for a while.
10/10
I'd recommend it.
6/10
The location is convenient, and the customer service team was friendly and helpful. The room itself needs attention, though. The toilet was dirty, the faucet leaked, and there wasn't even a trash can. The TV was only a display, and the outlet by the bed didn't work, so charging a phone there was difficult. The towels looked like rags, and the pillows smelled musty. Please improve these things.
