The religious materials throughout the lobby, lifts, halls, and rooms made me uncomfortable, since the whole place seems dedicated to religious programs. I also felt the service staff seemed to be studying religious subjects and getting paid for it. The location is poor, traffic is always backed up, and it’s a long way from the airport. The room is tiny for the price, the bathroom isn’t clean, the towels are dirty, and the coffee cups look like they haven’t been washed in ages. I wouldn’t say it’s worth the money. I don’t know how the authorities licensed this as a hotel. For that price, I’d look elsewhere nearby.

The workers don’t seem to care about service. My room was dirty, smelled awful, and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. If you’re choosing this based on Traveloka reviews or its pictures, I think you’re making a huge mistake. Just run and find another hotel.

I tried the Superior room for two, and it was clean and comfortable. With kids, you’d need a larger room. It’s a three-star hotel, with good food and lots of menu choices, and the staff are kind. The lobby is tucked behind a mini market. In the room I got bottled water, a kettle, dental kit, clean towels, plus an Al Qur'an and Sajadah for Muslim prayer. I was very satisfied.

Everyone working there was really friendly, and I’d definitely return. The bed was comfortable, breakfast was excellent and free, and WiFi was free too, though a bit slow. The airport shuttle is also free, but you need to schedule it 48 hours ahead.
