My new place at Skandinavia has made me really happy. The location is convenient and the facilities are complete. Buying the apartment was smooth, with a super helpful sales team from the start, and handover and moving in were easy too 🥰🤙🏻

Everything I needed was easy to reach, from coffee and the ATM to shopping, food, or just wandering around the mall. Such a fantastic area, and very clean. The host was great, with a really friendly, welcoming vibe. What you see is what you get 🤗 Can’t wait to come back 🤩

I own a unit here, and the Wi-Fi is my main problem. It used to be Indihome and Firstmedia, and both were fine. The developer stopped working with them and switched to their own SON Development Wi-Fi. That’d be okay if it worked well, but the connection keeps lagging and you don’t get what you paid for. Whenever you complain, they just say “maintenance.” There’s no other connection option. Also, if you have an instant package delivery, the recipient won’t accept it. I lost mine today and am having trouble getting it back.

I own a unit here and would give it 5 stars, except the IPL is way too high and keeps going up. If I can’t rent the place out promptly, I’ll lose a lot. They charge more than 25,000 per M2. Crazy!
