Daily life is convenient in this well located Alam Sutera apartment, with shops and public transport nearby. Inside, the layout feels spacious and there’s plenty of natural light; the building is well maintained. It can get noisy sometimes, but it’s a good option if you want convenience and a comfortable living space.

The marketing office was comfortable. At the 5th anniversary on 12 November 2023, they also gave out a free drink and Bangor Burger. You can get an idea of the atmosphere from the photo below.

A great spot for an apartment in Tangerang, right next to IKEA alam sutera and very close to the alam sutera toll gate for Jakarta. The airport is only about 30 minutes away too, wow. Best investment!

Moving things in and out was smooth and easy, which made living here more convenient. The interiors also feel solid and well made, and management responds quickly to maintenance requests with fair costs. The security staff are polite and friendly rather than intimidating, and the whole team makes the place feel welcoming. Sky House Alam Sutra is one of the best apartments I've come across, and it's comfortable to live here.
