Swiss-Belcourt Serpong

Had a really enjoyable stay 🍻 The internet was very satisfying, honestly much faster than the screenshot I provided 😂 That was just for formalities 😂 The room was nice, though the spread looked a little old. I loved the over-the-head shower because the water temperature stayed steady. The savory food looked varied, but to be honest, most of it tasted pretty much the same. The sweets had more variety, and the tom yum was my favorite 💕 A pretty neat place, with service about what you'd expect from a 4★ 🍻

Shalom helped me get to my room when I was struggling with heavy luggage. The staff here are so friendly. They provide at least the best customer service, especially with cleaning and food deliveries to the room. They're always polite and make a real effort, which I love.

We had breakfast together when I stayed here with a friend a while ago, and Mrs. Calista, our waitress, was so kind and helpful. Her service was excellent. I love the atmosphere at Swiss Bistro, and the food and pastry prodcuts are exceptionally tasty! I look forward to having a long stay in indonesia with my friend. Swissbel is one of the best hotels for a stay of many nights, I assure you.

Great atmosphere and food, and Mrs. Dame, our waitress, made the experience feel warm and relaxed. She was really friendly and helpful. I'll definitely come back. Good job, and a big thank you.
