The place is in a convenient location, but living here has a lot of downsides. The boarding house is dirty and comes with too many rules, and the owner is no help at all. Food and other things go missing, while the CCTV feels like a gimmick. There's a group chat, but only the owner and housekeeper can send messages, so if something disappears or there's an urgent issue, you have to go through an intermediary. Replies are very slow. The housekeeper often brings her child along, and the running around gets really loud. That can be a problem during work hours, when many residents are working from home.

The price is really affordable, and the landlady and staff are friendly and very helpful. It's comfortable and clean, with lots of good food nearby and a convenient location. 😊😊

There's a kitchen, a refrigerator, and parking for both motorbikes and cars. The room comes with a mattress, pillow, bolster, table, and chairs, plus 12kg of laundry.

Lots of food nearby, and the location is convenient. The boarding house is clean and comfortable too, with a friendly landlady and an affordable price.
