Breakfast was part of the room price, with a good spread and lots to choose from. If it isn’t included, it can cost 50kIRP for one person. The staff were welcoming and professional, even though they didn’t speak English. My room was really clean and good, especially the bathroom with its strong shower. There’s also a gym and a prayer room.

Handy spot in town, close to an ATM and food stalls. If you're catching a ferry at Tanjungbalai, Malindo has a van that will pick you up from the hotel.

For a very reasonable price, you get a clean, basic room and friendly staff. Probably the best option in town. Check about the windows when booking, since some rooms don't have one.

I had a terrible stay. The room was loud enough that I couldn’t sleep, and the bed looked badly made, smelled, and had stains on it and the pillows. The toilet stank, the floor hadn’t even been swept, and under the bed was like a trash can, with water jugs and hotel slippers. Breakfast wasn’t worth it, there was very little food. The receptionist was hard to communicate with, and my key card kept getting rejected, so I had to replace it more than twice. Worst experience ever.
