On my second visit to Alltrue Hotel, the little personal touches made me feel recognized. At checkout, Annisa remembered me from last time, used my name, and sent me off warmly. Earlier, Sasy and Tia made check-in easy and welcoming, remembering me and greeting me by name. Their kindness and efficiency set the tone right away. I stayed on 25 December 2025, and the whole team made it memorable. Alltrue is comfortable, but what stands out most is how the people there make guests feel seen and valued. The service has been consistent across both visits, and I’m even more keen to return. Sasy, Tia, and Annisa are real assets to the hotel. I hope their careers go wonderfully. Thanks to the team for such a memorable stay.

We had a great time celebrating an early Chinese New Year reunion dinner with friends. The menu has lots to choose from, whether you want a light bite or a full meal, and the portions are generous for the reasonable prices. Good value. It’s easy to find, with plenty of parking, so getting together there was stress-free. The staff were warm, attentive, and helpful, checking that we were comfortable without hovering. I’d happily come back.

Alltrue feels like family to me whenever I’m in Tanjung Pinang. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and I enjoy the friendly welcome and breakfast. Today I found a welcome card, a cute doll, and some snacks at the end of the table in my room. Such a simple gesture, but it really touched me and I’ll remember it. I hope Alltrue keeps growing and doing well. Warm regards 🫡

The superior room was perfect, and breakfast was tasty with lots of choices. Faris Aldimas, Vinod, Tina, and Dessy gave me nice service during breakfast. I’d recommend staying here, and it’s become my favorite hotel in Tanjung Pinang.

This was my second visit, and I’ll choose this hotel again when I come back to see the local sights. For the price, the room offers the best value and amenities. Service has improved too, with friendlier interactions and a better breakfast: more choices, tastier food, and especially delicious fried calamari with a good portion. Well done, staff, keep improving :)
